I am a very lucky guy. I have a wonderful wife and a wonderful daughter.

My wife, Jane, grew up in Oak Park Illinois, graduated from the University of Chicago, and worked for many years in advertising and advertising research. Before retiring in 2010, she had worked for more than 20 years for Gallup & Robinson, a market research firm located in the Princeton area. Now she enjoys serving as a teacher of English as a second language for Literacy Volunteers of America, exercising regularly, and taking piano lessons from a wonderful teacher here in Freehold, NJ.

Our daughter, Jenn, graduated with Honors from New York University (NYU), majoring in Gender and Sexuality Studies, and minoring in Italian. She spent the Spring semester of Sophomore year, studying in Florence, and taking courses in drawing and Dante among other things. It was there that she met her future husband, John Bishop. While at NYU, she held internships at several companies and organizations, including 3iying, a company specializing in marketing and design strategies for girls 15-25, the National Council of Negro Women, the New York City Legal Aid Society, and Initiative Media. She currently works in Manhattan as an advocate for the homeless at the Goddard Riverside Community Center.
